RESPONSIBILITIES 你将负责 GUCCI 2axis 品牌的培训管理工作，汇报给培训总监。 这是一个广阔、挑战和成长的职业舞台：同时负责彩妆和香水双品类的培训管理，涉及百货、 FSS 、和线上等多渠道的销售培训工作，管理和指导全国的区域培训师团队，和销售、市场、 TMKT 、 VM 等多个团队保持密切沟通，与 global 合作也能锻炼全球化的视野和跨国合作的能力。 Your main focus : 制定培训策略与计划： 根据品牌策略、新品节奏、 TMK 计划、生意实际情况，制定培训策略和计划，并管理培训预算 开发培训资料： 根据培训计划，结合 global 的资料和市场部的资料，开发品牌、产品知识、销售技巧、彩妆技能、服务技能等课程 管理各项培训和培训项目的落地执行 规划、执行、跟进各类培训项目（含 global 项目）在品牌内的落实 从培训角度跟进 & 管理生意： 主动及时分析生意数据，从培训角度找到生意机会点，制定并执行相应的培训行动，助力生意达成 管理和发展培训团队： 管理培训团队的日常工作，根据团队成员的特点进行能力培养 和销售、 MKT 、 TMK 、 VM 等部门合作，推进各项工作的开展 .
