ROLE AND DEPARTMENT The role will support KA Manager THE ROLE In this role you will be responsible for: • Supporting and accurately process customer orders and managing the order book to maximize shipping and commercial value, track orders & system update. • Using Stock report from abroad DC to support commercial team to allocate resources and adapt strategic plan. • Coordinate to get import documents, labels & HP etc. for key partners' custom clearance. • Consolidate and update sales report, develop competition report, new project opening report, etc. • Monthly update TR product assortment including testers, GWP, etc. • Support trade media, VM team and coordinate training part for field force. • Follow up and help to settle down TR customer's complaints. • Help commercial team to claim purchase/commercial billing's invoice including travel expense. Core Competencies: • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure • Passion and knowledge of beauty industry products • Self- starter and ability to work independently, results orientated. • Flexibility to work to changing and urgent timelines. WHAT YOU’LL BRING We’d love to see candidates who have: • University Graduate, Engineering, Finance, Business or Economics background. • Work at least 4 days a week • Stable internship for at least 6 months • Proficient in using various office software, especially EXCEL, WORD, PPT • Positive and strong learning ability WHAT WE OFFER This is an excellent opportunity for candidate to be part of the world's luxurycosmetics&fragrance brands and gain valuable insights into the commercial activities and operations within.
