Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the GBS Center according to the requirements of GBS policies, procedures and guidelines, and according to the Group Accounting Manual for specific area of responsibility Self-directed worker for in AP service area Supports organizational effectiveness through the identification and communication of process improvement opportunities Perform accounting tasks in AP for complex and larger company codes, having to deal with specific cases of each Key Responsibilities: Mon itor invoice processing status and timely identify process issues and possible improvement areas Perform double checks and reviews to the data entry Review payment files and ensure payment complete Address enquiries and concerns for critical process issues from relevant parties Prepare and upload journal, review journals from other team members Prepare reports according to business requirement Create, check and maintain desktop procedures according to process change Identify problems and bring to attention of Supervisor Proactively lead process simplification including cross teams within the AP department Actively lead issue analysis and resolution under guideline of team leads or managers Authorities: None Key Relationships: Directors, Managers, Team Lead and team colleagues Colleagues of other function teams within GBS People of local markets via process areas Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Strong responsibility Customer service mindset Good communication skills Fluent Japanese in both oral and writing SAP processing experience Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree or equivalent education required More than 5 years of accounting or relevant working experience
