RESPONSIBILITIES As our [ Senior Merchandiser ], you are responsible for ensur ing visual merchandising efficiency within Travel Retail focusing on Promotional and Permanent Merchandising. Your main focus : Ensure visual merchandising implementation and standards across the region In charge of planograming for all portfolio (Fragrances, Makeup and Skincare) Update displays to promote new product launches and reflect key periods Source for props, visual and any tools needed for permanent counter and temporary promotions opening in line with brand guidelines. Creating specific promotional displays when applicable. Forecast, ordering and maintenance of Display highlight. Adapt & develop launch visual merchandising guidelines in line with the brands’ image Support other Merchandising Manager within the team when necessary on permanent and temporary projects Monitor costs and work within budget Liaise with suppliers and source elements Working for Coty means good platform . The team consists of VM Manager and you will work closely together with several departments such as TMKT/SALES . All your colleagues are team player . YOU ARE A COTY FIT You like to VM implementation ability. As a/an experienced role , you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: You will need to have strong implementation skills with 2-5 years’ experience and be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects across categories - fragrance, skincare and makeup. Experience in perfume & cosmetics industry is appreciated but not mandatory. Ideally, you will have a design background in merchandising or interior design with knowledge of design software (Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Clouds/AutoCAD). You are proactive, think out of the box, embrace a can-do attitude, and believe in team spirit, you will thrive and progress well in our dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
