RESPONSIBILITIES As our Senior Finance Manager , you are responsible for financial planning & forecast & actual reporting with focus on China consumer division business. Ensure the proper governance/controls over A&CP expenses, to drive ROI mindset and deliver transparent reporting of marketing performance, and to partner with commercial team to increase sales and profitability through improved decision making. Your main focus : Prepare outlook, profit forecast and AOP for CB business In charge of closing activities to ensure actuals against budget and provide insight on variances Prepare monthly and quarterly deck and other ad hoc management reports Track local marketing budget and marketing furniture Capex to ensure budget compliance Provide analysis on local marketing spending ROI and Promotional ROI Help prepare month end analysis reports Build P&L to provide analyses to help marketing and sales achieve goals Coordinate with local marketing, R&D and supply chain to build local launch model and track results of innovations against launch plan Provide channel/store analysis as required by management SOX Working for Coty means better platform The team consists of FP&A Director and you will work closely together with several departments such as sales team . All your colleagues are glad to teamwork. YOU ARE A COTY FIT You like to finance analyst experience. As a/an experienced role. You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.
