ROLE AND DEPARTMENT Responsible for financial planning & forecast & actual reporting with focus on CB business. Ensure the proper governance/controls over sales revenue and GTN expenses, to drive ROI mindset and deliver transparent reporting of business performance, and to partner with commercial team to increase sales and profitability through improved decision making. THE ROLE In this role you will be responsible for: Prepare outlook, profit forecast and AOP for CB business Be a key business partner to support business on data analysis and decision making In charge of closing activities to ensure actuals against budget and provide insight on variances, deep dive the variance and provide insightful analysis Prepare monthly and quarterly deck and other ad hoc management reports Identify brand profitability drivers / Provide brand and channel analysis as required by management Track Trade spend budget and verify expense details to ensure budget compliance Build P&L to provide analyses to help commercial team achieve goals Coordinate with commercial team, supply chain and other cross function to work on monthly forecast period and al project tracking SOX WHAT YOU’LL BRING We’d love to see candidates who have: Knowledge & Experience : Require experience working in a finance role teaming with sales personnel Previous FP&A experience is a must Full understanding of the month end close process and how it relates to other closing activities Good business judgement Self motivated and can work independently under pressure Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Firm understanding of basic accounting, financial statements and US GAAP +3 years of experience Experience with ERP Systems preferred; preferably SAP good capability on data handing from different ERP system and excel spreadsheet Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in international team / Fluent in English Influencing skills a plus / proactive attitude Organizational skills Developed analytical skills Ability to meet assigned deadlines Ability to act and operate independently with direction from Management WHAT WE OFFER This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
