As Senior Creative Editor at DLG (Digital Luxury Group), your role is to Support Digital Associate Content Director on the daily writing work , complete the daily content output and creative support of campaigns, effectively communicate with the client service department in daily work, and provide high-quality content. 作为DLG（Digital Luxury Group）的资深数字 创意编辑 ，你的任务 是辅助内容副总监 ， 完成日常客户的内容产出以及活动方案的创意支持 ，在日常 工作 中有效地 与 客户 服务部门 沟通， 提供高质量的文字内容 。 RESPONSIBILITIES 工作 职责 Develop a deep understanding of the clients for whom you are responsible, including their brand, products, services, tone, and manner; write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that conveys the brand’s message and resonates with the target audience 深入了解你所负责的客户、包括他们的品牌、产品、服务、文字风格；撰写清晰、简洁、有说服力的文案，传达品牌信息，并与目标受众产生共鸣 Edit and proofread all copy to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency before sending to the Account Service Team 在交送给客户服务团队之前，编辑和校对所有文案以确保准确性，清晰度和一致性 Create content calendars with the Account Manager, and deliver on time 与客户经理共同创建内容日历并按时交付 Actively participate in the conception and implementation of creative digital strategies to support the client’s overall objectives 积极参与数字营销策略的构思和落地，支持客户整体目标的实现 Monitor social media communications trends and connect to the brand’s social content when appropriate, as well as ability to switch between different tones for a variety of client types 关注社交媒体传播趋势，与不同品牌调性相结合产出恰当的社交内容 Coordinate with designers to identify appropriate visuals in order to deliver and maintain high quality digital assets for DLG clients 与平面设计师紧密合作，创作卓越的视觉效果，为DLG客户呈现高质量作品 Ability to ideate campaign ideas and support on deck creation and writing film scripts, such as social film, ID video, etc., under the guidance of Digital Associate Content Director or Content Director 在内容副总监或内容总监的指导下，能够思考活动创意、支持方案制作, 并编写如社交平台短片、ID视频等视频脚本 QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求 3 years of copywriting experience in an advertising firm, experience with luxury, premium wine & spirits or hospitality brands is preferred 3 年广告公司文案工作经验，具备服务奢侈品，高端酒类，款待业品牌经验者优先 Deep understanding of the features and functions of major social media platforms, such as Weibo, WeChat, RED, Douyin 了解主流社交平台，如微博、微信、小红书、抖音的特点和功能 Excellent copywriting skills 优秀的文字撰稿能力 Fine attention to detail, self-starter with team working spirit 注重细节，做事主动，具备团队合作精神 Powered by JazzHR
