Job tasks including help customer to solve their product issue through SAP incidents, SAP chat support and SAE channels. Product scope will focus on SAP BTP integration and foundations. Next to technical skills, proficiency in English language is key. What you bring: We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Bachelor or master’s degree. Fluent English and Chinese communication skill.
