Role Details Business, Location: F ederal Role: Sales Engineer - Service Products Reports to: S er vice Commercial Manager Direct Reports: None Primary Purpose: Support of customer succuss and experience by delivering of OiService value. Work closely with OI China customer service engineers, marketing, and cross-functional team to effectively promote and grow service business. Deliver service business growth target in assigned territory Key Responsibilities Service business plan and growth Plan and implement different sales tactics and business plan to grow the sales of service products, including but not limited to the standard service contracts, preventive maintenance, relocation, software upgrade, training service, consumables and multi vendors service and customized solution within assigned territories. Proactively develop new service business opportunities by interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, cross-selling and up-selling of service products. mplement “nurture, expand, and land” sales strategy to improve service contracts connect rate, renew rate, warranty conversion rate. Accurate forecast and effective funnel management with CRM operation Main working relationships: Reports to Service Commercial Manager Works closely with service sales team, service delivery team and instrument sales team. Works closely with customers, industry KOL, and OEM partners. In addition to the above described duties, the post holder may be requested to perform other related duties. Indicative Performance Measures Order/revenue target Warranty conversion rate Service contracts renew rate Service contracts connect rate Customer experience Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated Education / Qualifications: Above Bachelor degree, Physics or material science preferred. Professional Skills/ Abilities: 2-3 years sales experiences in laboratory / chemical / Semiconductor industries, prefer to have service product sales experience Knowledge of analytical instrument & service business and customer behaviours. Strong communication skills including face to face, phone Good written skill Personal Qualities: Able to make business plans that are consistent with service products and strategy. Highly motivated creative and result oriented. able to work with minimum supervision. Work as a team, Wants the team to succeed and actively works to ensure that it happens Able to travel frequently . #LI-TJ1
