THE ROLE Develop sales strategy with Omni Channel thinking, to drive Orveda and Lancaster China presence, responsible for the profitability of the brands, and driving for the customer journey KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Management: Develop retail sales plan, ranking objectives, market share by door, a chieve Fiscal year plan Develop annual and monthly sales forecast (both sell-in and sell-through) Develop and monitor sales resource and budget allocation on-going basis Direct activities of national sales team to ensure strategic business objectives are achieved and where possible exceeded Manage the net/retail relationship (and thus stock in trade) by door. Ensure that the inventory mix at the point of sale appropriately reflects the retail trend Jointly develop trade marketing program with Marketing Manager to maximize store productivity and profitability. Ensure 100% execution of the Marketing Program as directed by the Marketing Group Ensure that all counters follow the merchandising guidelines and hygiene standards as directed by Visual Merchandising Systematically monitor and report sales and financial performances, as well as market and competitors’ activities. Proactively look for opportunities and areas for further growth Team Management: Set up skincare organization, including recruiting, coaching, and supervising the sales team with clear KPIs, as well as salary and commission / incentive scheme proposal Monthly review of sales and guides performances against KPIs. Address concerns and initiate actions for improvement Retain and train the top performers WHAT YOU WILL BRING Requirements: At least 15 years of sales experience in department store environment, especially in skincare Solid management experience in leading regional or national sales force Strong numeric and analytical abilities Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Computer literate: Word and Excel (essential).
