Day to Day Responsibilities: Support the develop of new process/product; design and operate daily lab experiments under guidance, as well as data analyzing and documentation Support the design and optimization of coating process and equipment Support material characterization and product testing Identify and implement improvements to existing process and testing procedure Propose new ideas to key technical challenges; able to validate and implement the solutions Education & Experience BS/MS degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science/engineering, organic chemistry 1-2 years working experience in R&D center or lab Required Skills Ability to follow all safety rules and policies and promote a safe workplace Ability to execute experiments according to high level objective and limited guidance, perform the experiments efficiently and accurately, as well as data analyzing and document Experience in multi-national company or research institute preferred. Desired Skills Good hands-on experience on chemical/coating experiments, equipment operation and maintenance Communication skills in both English and Chinese Be familiar with Office tools (excel, PPT etc.) Soft Skills Willing to learn and take challenges Responsible and good teamwork spirit Passionate for technology development Innovation spirit and skills
