Responsibilities: - Support Eye Care Director to design/standardize Eyecare protocols/standards , optometrist planning. - Deep dive analysis of store Eye Care KPIs , Optometrist & OPS team performance, give consolidated feedback to Retail Eye care Director. - Provide daily /weekly /monthly vision care report to Retail Eyecare Director. - Provide daily / weekly / monthly PSM / OPS performance report to Retail Eye care Director. - Consolidate OPS roster from PSM. - Consolidate & analysis OPS store check list to Retail Eye care Director. - Initiate professional service related project , project follow up according to Retail Eyecare Director’s instruction. - Align & collaborate with cross function to support Vision care project. Requirements : - Optometry background is preferrable. - Project management with retail background is preferrable. - Strong Excel & data analysis skillset. - Fluent English & Mandarin. - Travel is required.
