Key responsibilities 重要职责 Responsible for the company KOL list validation, update and maintain, owner of the KOL database which supporting various systems MA team external and internal project operation. Responsible for the activity plan, organization, coordination and budget control Set up and maintain FMA team work tracking system Closely coordinate the MA sub teams, internal and external customers & add-hoc support Proactively seek partner and collaborate in innovative digital health projects, planning and execution Communicate with 3rd party for preparing S&D documents for non-NN meeting Preparation of S&D, Contract, Exhibitor's manual, Due Diligence and etc. documentation for external & internal audit request Education 教育背景 Bachelor degree or above Fluent in English IT skills Experience 经验 Minimum 2-year experience in event execution Minimum 2-year experience in KOL management planning and tracking Minimum 2-year experience in pharmaceutical marketing, R&D, or medical affairs functions is preferred We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
