Job Purpose Production Equipment engineering: include process, commissioning, maintenance and powder manufacturing. Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for workshop equipment and infrastructure daily maintenance and repair work, to ensure the normal operation of equipment ； 2. Daily inspection of workshop production to find and solve equipment problems in the production process on time; 3. Workshop equipment installation, commissioning and improvement work, improve production efficiency and product quality. 4. Participate in quality improvement activities, optimize production parameters, edit and develop process or WI manual; 5. Participate in some production tasks in the production department to ensure the smooth running of the production process; 6. Ensure product quantities’ accuracy make sure product quality is ok ； 7. Make sure used right materials, right machine, and right process; 8. Ensure all operation comply with our PSMI, ISO procedure and working instruction; 9. 5S housekeeping and EHS environment maintaining. Requirements & Qualifications 1. Required Level of Work Experience: 3+ years experience in production equipment maintenance. 2. Good problem solving, analytical skills and numerical ability. 3. A team player with good communication skills with internal and external parties. 4. Detail oriented, with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, integrity, positive attitude. Skills Familiar with tin powder manufacturing equipment maintenance preferred. Low voltage electrician certificate required.
