KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive MW stores’ sell-out LFL% growing Daily/weekly/monthly business performance tracking Business analyze and action proposal Retail Ops KPI tracking and improving Drive MW stores’ faultless operation execution Implement adidas operation initiatives in MW stores MW stores’ staff profile regular review MW stores’ rostering regular review MW stores’ staff training tracking and following MW stores’ staff fulfill ratio tracking and reaction Drive MW stores’ key offer merchandising execution Monthly IA plan review and feedback Monthly IA drop review and on-filed checking Weekly replenishment tracking and feedback Manual allocation management Strengthen contacting with customer branch MW project regular workshop with customer (with customer branch) Quarterly workshop with MW store manager in region Regular contacting with customer branch company covering related topics KPI’s Store business KPI’s Image/consumers satisfaction KPI’s Staff turnover and satisfaction KPI’s KEY RELATIONSHIPS: FRS HQ Visual Merchandising Retail Academy Business Planning Marketplace Management Account Sales Customer DOM / key store manager Omni Buying Retail HR Finance IT SCM Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational skills Strong management skills Excellent interpersonal/communication skills Results oriented Consumer service oriented Team player Able to multi-task Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a retail multinational company Minimum 3 years’ experience in regional management University Degree or strong retail store management experience Be able to communicate in English
