Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Manage system related projects for the International Labeling Application, including training, support & optimization as well as the required Change Management activities. Develop standard logistic labels for all brands and all divisions. Develop and implement system enhancements to accommodate new business requirements to achieve strategic goals within Global Operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer the International Labelling Application (ILA) Develop and implement system-based functions to support the label order generation processes via the International Labeling Application (ILA). Work closely with IT on the proper implementation and execution of business relevant systems functions. Together with IT ensure that data and process flow changes in upstream systems are correctly reflected in ILA. Support factories on implementation and operation of onsite label printing solutions. Align ILA system and process enhancements with label printing companies. Co-ordinate the development, testing, rollout, training. Develop ILA standard logistic labels for all brands and all divisions. Create and administer Field Information Sheets and L&H documents on Sharepoint. Manage KPI Reporting for Label Printing Application Provide ILA first level support to ILA users. Provide Codesoft and ILA user training to L&H staff to ensure customized logistic label developments can be executed. Provide ILA user training to LO and factory users to ensure label preparation and label ordering can be executed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Advanced MS Office Skills Knowledge of adidas logistics software Knowledge of SAP Systems (AFS/S4Hana) Advanced analytical skills Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Ability to work independently or with limited guidance Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications: A four-year degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business administration or information technology Two to five years related work experience in Supply Chain Management preferably with knowledge of the footwear, textiles industries. Good technical understanding of IT systems Fluent in English (written and spoken)
