Position Management trainees will be designed to help develop a pipeline of future leaders for Metro and provide a high-quality development of talents. METRO will offer a world-class two-year programme to Management Trainees. Within the programme, Management Trainees will go through a series of international and cross-functional assignments so that they can fill in management positions very fast. Job responsibilities Understand and adhere to company Performance Standards, Policies, and Behaviors Contribute to strategy, process, and packaged solution development Assist in delivery of high-quality solutions to clients in response to specific business requirements Develop functional skills and absorb professional knowledge quickly Attend training programs provided by metro, for instance, position training, professional training, management skill training, and etc. Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent. Job qualifications A master degree from a leading university or equivalent in the field of business, trade, or hotel management 2-3 years of work experience is required, Maximum with 3-year work experience Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken International experience (working, studying, living) is preferred Excellent communication skills, quick learning ability, and networking agility Self-motivated and ability to work without supervision Independent and ambitious Powered by JazzHR
