Assist Maintenance & Engineering Department on daily administrative activities including but not limit: Mainly focus on mechanical equipment and corrosion issue management support. Maintenance & Engineering document control, data collection and analysis, and coordination with other departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support to Maintenance & Engineering team, such as meetings, team activities arrangement, coordinate with other department based on needs. Learning and support: Equipment related RCFA (Root cause failure analysis) Support. Department’s document control, including but not limit project document, special equipment document, etc. Support on temporary project tracking, such as paperless maintenance order and record system. Other temporary task assigned. REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS: Degree: undergraduate. Preferred majors: Metal material engineering (corrosion protection related), Process equipment and control engineering, Chemical machinery, or equivalent major. English skill: basic ability on reading and writing.
