Responsibilities : Overseeing the finance and accounting functions of various entities by leading and managing the accounting team. Review monthly management accounts to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Prepare/review China consolidated financial reports Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including corporate policies. Managing external audit, banking and business partners relationships. Managing queries from tax authorities from different jurisdictions Participation in annual budgetary and business planning exercise Provide financial leadership across the business to support business growth. Strengthening current internal control and processes and to look into process transformation. Lead or support local and corporate projects including any financial due diligence. Any other ad hoc duties assigned. Requirements: Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent At least 14 years of accounting and statutory reporting experience and corporate governance compliance. Good knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards and group consolidation matters and local tax filing. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin. Experience in the renewable industry is preferred.
