Job Title: Business Development Coordinator Client Industry: Business Consulting Location: Shenzhen, China (WFH/ Remote) Shift and Schedul e: Monday to Friday, (10:00 am - 7:00 pm SGT)Monday to Saturday (Saturday - Half Day) Position Overview: RecruitGo is in search of a Business Development Coordinator. Our client is a Business Consulting Company. In this role, you will be responsible for submitting grant applications, researching internationalization plans, advising clients on marketing, drafting resumes and contracts, planning client visits, handling ad-hoc tasks, drafting invoices, and managing account data entry. It's a versatile role covering various aspects of business operations and client support. Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone proficient in written and spoken English, who possesses strong hosting and itinerary planning skills for clients, and who exhibits a positive attitude with good customer service abilities. Job Descrition: Fluent in Chinese and English, written and spoken. Meeting coordination experiences- translation or interpretation skills between Chinese and English language. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Excellent organization and time management as this role is remote work with some requirements to sit in clients' meetings as arranged Proficiency in MS Office Cultural sensitivity and adaptability Able to draft simple business proposals with a given template Plan and execution of itineraries for clients To host and facilitate meetings Jotting down meeting minutes and summaries. Company sourcing in China / HK for our Singapore-based clients Drafting up of reports and proposals in English Administrative task Accounting data entry Job Qualifications: Very profound in writing and speaking English & Chinese 2-3 years of experience in the same field Holding at least a degree in business management/ administration Able to write up corporate internationalization recommendations and plans Good with Microsoft Office skills Required to travel sometimes to host the travel in Singapore Clients Strong attention to details and communication skills Excellent Organization and Time Management as this role is remote work with some requirements to sit in client's meeting arranged.
