We are seeking a young & dynamic Assistant Brand Communication Manager to join our marketing team. Direct reporting to the Director of Brand communication Sportswear & NEO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting development of SPW lifestyle running strategy to enable SPW growth in lifestyle running & running segment. He/she will be part of dynamic team to develop future SPW lifestyle running footwear launch plan. The candidate will have high exposure of building a robust brand portfolio including adidas Sportswear and Sportswear ecosystem at large. The candidate will also need to support marketing operational tasks, social & community management. Key Responsibilities: Act as inhouse expert of sports & lifestyle running segment. Part of lifestyle running culture & running community. Strong story-telling capabilities of sports and culture. Connected with running /trend and sneaker community. Support PR functional lead of PR related workstream. Support Social functional lead of Social related workstream. Support operating brand's social media calendar to grow social equity over time. Support & manage seasonal brand assets creation & shooting through story telling lens support by creative agency. Marathon runner as a plus Requirements: Prerequisite experience in the field of Communications, Marketing, PR 4+ years of experience in public relations, brand communications, PR & marketing proven successful track record serving luxury and fashion/lifestyle brand. Prefer brand in-house experience. Hands-on experience with brand communications in either an agency or in-house Proven ability to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese, be presentable under pressure in front leadership team. Demonstrate strong interests & creative passion for brand storytelling and content creation. Ability to work independently, collaboratively and under tight deadlines.
