Department: Finance & Operations (F&O) Location: Pudong New Strict, Shanghai The position The accounting & tax manager will play a critical role to ensure efficient and effective process as the solid finance operations for the company. And the main responsibilities are below: 1. In-charge of statutory account related forecasting, analysis and reporting, and decision support; in charge of daily cost/inventory set up and drive finance operation excellence and cost efficiency Inventory management Monthly proper inventory related booking. Monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting on inventory analysis and other financial statement. Proper physical count on inventory, and facilitate on inventory scrapping and relevant auditing, etc. Developing and managing financial policies and procedures on inventory management. Intercompany transactions management Intercompany transactions booking. Monthly BS balance checking and confirmation. Timely payment application preparation for intercompany transactions. Coordinate internal & external audit Prepare relevant reporting and analysis per auditor’s requirement Other accounting areas as needed 2. In charge of Tax and custom related daily operation, and build up good relationship with relevant authorities. Tax & Customs Operation in Order Set up clear processes in daily operation and relevant controls as needed; Anchor the controls to the relevant persons, review the deliverables timely and ensure the quality Design and optimize the tax operation process as relevant Ensure the good quality and timely deliverable to external authorities Good Internal & External stakeholders communication and management Maintain good communication for tax & Customs matters with both cross functional dept.s and external stakeholders as relevant Support tax & Customs team on daily routine handling Good communication and cooperation skills Other ad. Hoc tasks as relevant assigned by manager. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. Above 5 years working experience in the related field is preferred. 3. Be familiar with financial system (SAP would be preferred). 4. Fluent in Chinese and English 5. CPA or CTA is preferred as a plus 6.
