Role Details Business, Location: Finance, China Role: Accountant Reports to: Finance Manager Direct Reports: None Primary Purpose: Full accounting picture Key Responsibilities Closing on payment to vouchers: make accounting entries correctly follow OI finance manual and statutory requirements. Staff reimbursement regular check and Q&A/training to staff on expense claim policy. Check payment requests with sufficient documents and appropriate approval. Business partnership: Overview of whole company’s expenses, with experiences on cost saving project is a plus. Assets management ； annual assets purchase planning on stocks, fixed assets. Intercompany costing structure based on transfer price policy. ERP system implementation assists. Automation projects assists. Backup on other accountant jobs. Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager. Indicative Performance Measures Strong Accounting & controlling knowledge. Strong ERP logical on SOP management. Strong sense on result deliveries. Do not miss deadline. Make change and innovation on job to improve the efficiency of process and performance. Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated. Education / Qualifications: Financial/Accounting College degree and above Professional Skills/ Abilities: 5 years related accounting & reporting working experience in dynamic & international working environment. Good at reading and written English, oral English is a plus. Popular ERP and reporting system use experience preferred. Good at excel, Visio, powerBI tools. Personal Qualities: Good communication, results-oriented team player High standards of personal integrity Quick learner and keen to learn Ability to work independently and under pressure.
