Major tasks and responsibilities: * Responsible for the HSE performance of Chengdu site, keeps employees and contractors safe by safety management system/training/inspection/audit etc.; * Improves site HSE culture continuously, follows HSE roadmap, enables HSE collaboration to drive innovation and risk mitigation; * Manages all HSE reports, including site incidents, near miss, performance indicators, leads incident investigation and root cause analysis and CAPA; * Manages HSE training, track the training implementation, ensure compliance with local regulations; * Leads process & plant safety and job safety analysis, identify the potential risk and improve it. Implements and supervise Safety program such as Lock-out/Tag-out, work permit etc.; * Keeps 100% HSE compliance (legal & regulatory), including occupational safety and occupational health inspection, firefighting, emissions, etc.; * Responsible for the site security (outsourced service). Minimum Qualification: * Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Industrial Engineering, Safety, Environment or related subject. * At least 5 year working experience in HSE or related positions. Better to have leader experiences. * Certificate Safety Engineer. * Prefer to have Safety Culture/ events leading experience. * Demonstrates strong English in listening, written, verbal and reading. * Good skills in collaboration and problem solving, skillful in manual work, good team working spirit and continually technically updated. * Good skill in computer, communication, problem solving, analysis skill and strong leadership.
