GLOBAL JOB TEMPLATE Senior Skincare E-commerce Manager This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact. RESPONSIBILITIES As our Senior Skincare E-commerce Manager , you will be reporting to Skincare EC Director , leading a team. Your main focus : Develop and execute skincare e-commerce strategies that align with company goals and objectives Drive sales and revenue growth through effective management of traditional e-commerce channels including Tmall, JD, etc Plan, design and implement monthly store campaign based on yearly target and phasing. Ensure that the customer experience is exceptional across Tmall platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales Develop and maintain relationships with key e-commerce partners and vendors Analyze e-commerce performance data and provide insights to the management team to support decision-making Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement. YOU ARE A COTY FIT As an experienced Senior Skincare E-commerce Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: At least 10 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team Proven track record of driving revenue growth through Tmall Excellent communication and collaboration skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret e-commerce performance data In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and trends in the China market Fluency in English is a plus.
