Description:

Purpose: Provide expertise and support to HRM and CBE (Cross Border Employment) team on matters relating to International Mobility, executing mobility policies and procedures and ensuring relocation policy compliance. Key Responsibilities : Execute international mobility cases in adherence to global consistent mobility policies. Carry out ongoing tasks regarding immigration, security/risk, relocation, shipping and other tasks related to relocation on matters involving service and support to international employees in the supported country or region . Provide guidance and ongoing communication to HRM on international mobility policies, procedures and tax matters with the objective of ensuring consistent application of policy and compliance. Able to maintain strong relationship with relocation management and tax vendors to ensure seamless relocation services are delivered smoothly. Oversee administration, invoicing, billing and recharging of costs for mobility benefits in the supported country or region . Administer selected mobility benefits for the supported country or region, including regular updates based on internal and external information, and admission to health and offshore pension plans and other mobility benefits. Manage databases and personnel information to track international employees, their assignments and the benefits that they receive. Work with GBS H2R PA team & regional CBE team on implementation of SAP for international assignments. Oversee appropriate reporting of international employee pay and benefits in partnership with GBS H2R Payroll & Benefit team and regional CBE team . Carry out tax reporting and consolidation for expats in the supported country or region in liaison with tax consultants. Liaise with tax services vendor and GBS H2R payroll to ensure appropriate tax handling and reporting of international employee pay and benefits. Support projects to advance the international mobility programme. Participate in benchmarking exercises and network with other mobility management experts in order to ensure policy competitiveness, best-practice solutions and remain informed about market norms and common practices. Facilitate communication to internal and external parties around the topic of Regional and International Mobility. Key Relationships: GBS H2R : Payroll & Benefit Admin, Personnel Admin, Onsite Support, eHR (HR system solution & support) HR Rewards: Regional Cross-Border Employment team; Regional Compensation & Benefits team HR Management in the country or region External vendor and sub-vendors for relocation management External tax vendors and local tax authorities External benefits providers Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Ample knowledge in the field of CBE and People Mobility (e.g., relocation, Expat’s payroll & tax, etc.) Solid interpersonal and customer service skills Good vendor management skills Strong team working spirit and can-do attitude Excellent skills on excel; knowledge on SAP will be a plus P roject management experience Strong problem-solving skills Proven ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly Capability of working independently Excellent communication and listening skills Fluency in English language; foreign language capabilities desired Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: BS/BA or equivalent university degree At least 2 years experience in People Mobility support and management Highly proficient in Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of HR-related information systems, ideally SAP-HR, will be a plus.
