Who are we looking for? To support the BTSO DM growth and Shadow Plus launch, intensive technical service for the Shadow Plus applications in South China Team. To support our DM technical service in Hongxin Group, especially work with Account Manager to replace Baikal DM lines Hongxin, and South China team. Also need to support on the new Shadow Plus opportunities for South China team. What will you be doing? To take the technical service job at customer side To maintain our processes and support customer to run production smoothly, also need to collect process consumption data for running cost analyses. To keep good relationship with customers and to defend competitors attack our biz To submit daily or weekly report to manager To complete all the tasks required by superiors Who are You? Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or related discipline At least 5 years experiences in technical service, preferably in Chemical or Manufacturing industry Knowledge of PCB industry and manufacturing process.
