Description:
The position Through the Changing Diabetes in Children project and other relevant initiatives, develop a comprehensive strategy and plan for policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement and project execution. Ensure smooth, safe and compliant project implementation and build NN as the most trusted partner through the Changing Diabetes in Children project ensure the smooth and safe project implementation thus lifting up disease policy advocacy agenda for key projects in China. For each headline indicated above the job tasks should be described in more detail. 1) Develop project strategy and implementation plan and identify deliverables and key milestones with stakeholders and partners 2) Work with stakeholders and partners to improve effectiveness of projects and ensure effective implementation to achieve strategic objectives, including timely progressing the projects, expanding partnership, updating global tracking system, conducting site visits and coordinating with annual audit. 3) Facilitate smooth teamwork among partners, global project team and NN China 4) Design internal communication activities, localize for global project communication and training materials and contribute to China local project 5) Other PA related task assigned by line manager The Requirement Bachelor degree or above Good in both spoken and written English Skillful at MS office Good attitude towards work, honest and loyal Minimum 5-year experience on project management in pharmaceutical industry or related industry like medical devices or healthcare industry Minimum 3-year experience in functions related to government cooperation.
