PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION: Play a critical role to work with Buying, In-season Trading (IST) and Ops on Own Retail Full Price stores product planning and management. Key Responsibilities: Lead w eekly products sell through performance review & insights by regional and store type. Manage and execute improvement action plan together with IST /Buying and R egional Ops . Monthly inline initial allocation plan review and feedback with IST /Buying . Weekly drop and stock on hand planning and channel stock balance based on sell through performance. Seasonal buying review with BU and Buyer for full price channel . M ark-down % and price study with seasonal p romotion . KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Inline Buying BU In-season Trading and Allocation Retail Ops leader KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES : Strong organized, logic, strategic thinking on Product Strong business acumen and analytic skills Solid retail operation know how Cross-function collaboration and influencing skill Product Management or Merchandising experience is a must Communication and presentation skills REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5 years’ experience in product / buying function, ideally in apparel/fashion design/shoes and minimum 3 years working experience in retail operations. Strong business analysis - understanding and interpreting data . Putting data/analysis/tools in a structured, easy-to-use format (i.e. Power BI). Experience in cross-function collaboration to routinely review and deliver result. Fluent in English and Mandarin
