Job Summary The Hill’s APAC Supply Chain Demand Systems Integration Leader supports Hill’s Asia Pacific Supply Chain organizations by identifying, developing, implementing and sustaining end to end demand systems and processes. This position works closely with the Hill’s business and GIT teams to align strategies and priorities, and with internal and external partners including customers, vendors and 3PLs to ensure seamless integration between functions and platforms. The primary accountabilities of the Supply Chain Demand Systems Integration Leader are to partner with business and IT leaders to implement system projects under the IT Grid and other system initiatives, provide end-user support to ensure efficient business execution, enhance end-users’ system knowledge and develop Subject Matter Experts, and improve system utilization. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage system implementations and initiatives in partnership with the business and GIT organization Communicate project updates to key stakeholders and escalate issues as needed Support the execution of the Supply Chain Digital Roadmap Support SAP ECC / Planning/ WMS system upgrades by participating in testing, validation and documentation Support daily business needs in achieving operational targets by ensuring that users’ queries are responded to, and when necessary, corrective action is taken by either the business or IT organizations Work closely with the GIT B2B team to streamline 3PL EDI integration and Customer Collaboration Monitor service messages and work together with IT and business to solve them in accordance with the agreed SLA Expand CyberSafety ambition ZERO to logistics, external manufacturing and isolated networks. Understand the impact of significant and/or recurring issues, and work closely with the business to prevent recurrence Lead process reviews with business and IT to identify system gaps or limitations, and define new, more efficient processes and system capabilities Assist the business in building a business case for IT projects Actively participate in global networks or communities of practice to seek and share global best practices across divisions Ensure business processes and system solutions are aligned with global standards Advance system utilization to enable users to focus on strategic tasks Develop plans to identify, train and retain Power Users Identify, document and communicate Continuous Improvement Initiatives related to people, process and systems within the Hill’s Asia Pacific Supply Chain Organization 100 Total Percent (not to exceed 100%) This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions. Education/ Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology or related technical field MBA preferred Minimum of 7+ -5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations or systems role Experience in a Systems Integration role preferred Functional Competencies Knowledge of supply chain demand core processes, including Order to Invoice, Warehousing, Transportation, Demand and Supply Planning Expert knowledge of SAP S/4 or ECC and satellite systems including Planning System, WMS, TM9, Sigma, Domo Strong computer skills with good understanding of system architectures Able to grasp technical concepts quickly Knowledge of EDI preferred Data and analytical skills, AI skills Well-developed interpersonal skills and presentation skills 2 to 3 years project management and change management experience/exposure Leadership Competencies Ability to lead groups through problem solving sessions and meetings, identify viable solutions, and analyze the pros and cons of each Good oral and written communication skills, possess the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users Change Leader - Drives drives change across the organization Adopt new technologies Challenge the status quo and suggest ideas for continuous improvement Good interpersonal and customer service skills Displays the ability to work in a team environment Working Relationships (Key partnerships and reporting relationships) Does this position supervise: No direct reports The individual reports to Paula Kruse Internally, the individual will partner with Hill’s APAC SC, GIT Externally, the individual will work with customers, 3PLs, logistics providers Travel Requirements Expected percentage of travel: Up to 15-20% Our Commitment to Sustainability With the Colgate brand in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and create positive social impact.
