Department: F&O (Finance & Operations) Location: Beijing, China The position • Develop Data & PBI products roadmap aligning with business strategy and continuously improve Region China centralized Data & PBI Platforms; • Build strong partnership with Region China LoB, and advance data literacy and cultivate data driven mindset within LoB; • Coach and develop talents; build effective diverse team and lead team to drive ambitious result; • Collaborate with global Data teams and external thought leaders for synergy; • As DDIT LT, contribute to NNRC DDIT overall agenda. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in information system, computer science, data & analytics or equivalent • Minimum 5 years technical leadership in Data and Analytical area • Minimum 3 years of people management experience • Strong knowledge with data platforms (Databricks lake house) and advance analytics • Excellent data value proposition understanding in commercial, non-commercial, perferably in HCP and Patient ecosystem • Strong stakeholder management skill and experience in leading cross-team collaboration, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts • Strong business acumen and passion to drive value for business • Excellent people leadership for talent development and driving ambitious result • Expert in driving agile and product management team • Experience working with global environment, pharma industry experience is desired • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Chinese Mandarin) • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and drive ambitious result • Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties • Strong customer service focus and communication skill We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
