Optimization Engineer Optimization Engineer Daily Work: Support customer with strong paper & pulp knowledge and Voith Fabric and Rolls know-how; 在造纸工艺技术及织物辊子等方面给予客户强力的技术支持； Support Optimization Team manager to do the Enhanced Services, Optimization services, new project technical support and other trouble shooting programs which is asked by Sales or PM; 执行优化团队的深度服务，优化服务，新项目支持以及其它现场问题解决（可能由销售或产品部门发起）； Drive Optimization Projects in line with the regional needs; 推动执行各区域的优化项目； Together with sales drive profitable growth through creation of customer value; 与销售一起，通过给客户创造价值来更好地赢得、维护市场； Ensure Excellence in optimization team which brings value added. 优化团队的卓越运行； Responsible for ensuring the health & safety policy is practices and continuously ensuring zero accidents in all the regional service people and the optimization people; 协助优化团队执行公司相关的 HSE 健康安全等体系。 Requirements: Technical Background / engineering degree preferred. 5 years working experience in the Pulp & Paper Industry English required. Strong analytic skills, as well as strong tactical skills. Team Player / team motivator.
