Responsible for managing the immediate and medium-term production schedule for assigned Production Units in the DePuy manufacturing plant of J&J Medical (Suzhou) Ltd. /负责强生苏州工厂 短期,中长期的生产计划; • Fulfilling and tracking production program, to ensure the work in the production line (work orders). React to deviations to the production plan. 对生产计划跟踪,反应,并确保物料按时交付。 • Support creation of Master Production Schedule and agree and execute Schedule at code level with business partners (Manufacturing, Procurement and Engineering). /支持物料主数据的建立,保证生 产工单的执行 • Plan must achieve Plant targets for Customer Service, Inventory, Schedule Attainment and Lead Time by control and management of Work in Progress (WIP). /跟踪管理生产过程以确保达成工厂主要指 标-客户服务水平,库存,计划达成率,交付周期。 • Ensure that all Quality and EHS requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities defined in the Company's Safety Statement when procuring Stock items. /保证物料采购过程符合相 关规范,如质量,EHS 等。 • Other job assigned by direct supervisor. /完成经理,主管指派的其它任务.Required Competencies and Skills/所需的能力与技能: • Collaborative approach/ 协作能力 • Can do attitude /较强行动力 • Seeks to close out tasks/projects /积极完成项目和任务 • Pays close attention to detail /关注细节 • Minimum 2 years experienced in a workshop planning function /至少 2 年相关计划经验 • Planning in manufacturing /生产计划经验 • Good English /英语流利 • SAP experience is a big / SAP 经验优先 • Familiar with MRP, MPS etc. /熟悉MRP,MPS等 • Understands the principles of a supply chain /熟悉理解供应链知识
