Responsibilities - Product story brainstorm, create unique selling points for new innovation - Support on marketing activities arrangement Sephora Days, pop up event etc.) - Assist competitor analysis , track and monitor industry and competitor’s activities for team sharing and inspiring - P roduct information maintenance - Sales performance tracking and monthly report update - Monthly local assembling matter for BOM (Incoming tracking, Chinese label and material pro duce, BOM application) - E xecution on c ontract management , applying P O , payment follow up - C oordinate with internal & external partners to ensure all material assets follow brand criteria and China regulation - Download global assets from DAM - O ther support if team needs Qualification - Days per week minimum 4 days per week - Relevant working experience in beauty industry / marketing is a plus - Good in spoken and written English - G ood communication skills and strong initiative - H ighly organized, ability to stay on track and meet deadlines - P roficiency in MS Office Application
