PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION: Lead FRS IST team and assistant leader to establish team’s working process and R&R Build up best allocation & replenishment plan for FRS MW stores. Build up relationship with regional IST as well regional FRS operation team by providing consistent and pertinent communication. Ensure to take proactive action to achieve targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning Develop, align and implement weekly, monthly and yearly merchandise demand plan to achieve the sales and inventory target as well as weeks coverage to maximize product usage. Drive replenishment planning forecast to maximize the business opportunities and manage the workflow downstream with stakeholders. Define business opportunities through markdowns, promotion and manage stock on hand at store level. Allocation & Replenishment & Consolidation Lead team to work out initial shipment and weekly drop plan for MW stores before seasonal kick off. Align with SCM and DTC IST team OMNI drop plan before seasonal kick off. Assist leader to pilot MW projects in 7 stores from Q2. Collaborate with DNA&IT team to build and improve MW Auto-replenishment logic and tool. Establish tracking report for MW stores Build smooth communication with regional Ops and regional FRS IST team aiming at quicker response to store demand. Processes Able to understand Retail KPI and targets, growth strategies, related policies and processes Monitor data compliance, identify issues and propose solutions Proactively work with stakeholders to drive the best practice Concurrently review process and necessary enhancement to support the growth of the business in term of qualitive deliverable in the factory outlet team P eople management Set KPIs for team members Tracking team members’ performance and engaging team members Lead, manage, develop, and coach team members KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Inline Buying, Product Sales, BU, Operations, Global IT, Project Team, VM, Marketing etc. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Leadership is needed Good communicate with others (with customers) Analysis and problem solving Buying and merchant experience Learning and self-development Manage Business (Processes and Projects) if applicable Manage and Develop People if applicable Strong analytical skills Results oriented Products and merchandising knowledge REQUISITE EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILL University advanced degree Minimum 6 years’ experience in allocation or planning experience with recognized retail brands ( fashion or FMCG) Has business acumen and analyzing skills Prefer good Excel modelling skills and ability to develop useful models/tools that can be rolled out to merchandising and retail teams Prefer good presentation and PPT skills
