Department: HRC (HR & Communication) Location: Beijing, China The Position 1. Plan the overall capability development system and learning strategy for the frontline business of EBD, develop and implement learning plans and annual training programs that in line with Diabetes oral market strategy, and assist the business team in achieving business goals.(30%) 2. Based on the development goals of the headquarters and global learning resources, develop, implement, and track the effectiveness of the EBD training plan, and closely cooperate with the regional training consultant team to ensure the implementation of the learning plan(20%) 3. Based on the overall FFCE roadmap of the company, develop the BIG5 capability improvement plan for EBD, promote the design and implementation of MCE related training, and accelerate the transformation of customer engagement(20%) 4. Develop academic promotion related courses for private hospitals and retail teams according to the sales model of diabetes oral medicine and the needs of business development stage(15%) 5. Collaborate with the team to update and improve relevant frontline capability development courses according to the needs of the business capability development team(10%) 6. Cooperate with the HRBP talent development plan and participate in the development and training of key positions for obesity(5%) Qualifications • Bachelor degree, majoring in psychology, business management, or related fields • At least 5 years of training experience in relevant industry (medical devices, pharma etc.) • At least 2 years on Senior Sales Training Solution Consultant • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to influent and communicate effectively at all levels in the organization • Proficiency in both oral and written English would be a plus We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
