The EHS Manager will Establish EHS management system, take charge of promoting environment, safety, occupational health and other related work in the plant. To excel in this position, you must possess technical knowledge of health, safety and environment. You must be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution clearly. The goal is to improve the level of environmental and occupational health and safety management and comprehensive management of enterprises, and promote the standardization, standardization and modernization of enterprise management. Responsibilities Under the leadership of the operation manager, responsible for the external coordination and management of the company's EHS, and do a good job in the relationship coordination and work cooperation between the company and government departments, the company and neighboring factories, and the company and related institutions Comprehensively supervise the company's EHS work according to the company's rules and regulations and instructions from superiors Responsible for implementing national policies, laws, regulations, standards and rules and regulations on production safety within the company Responsible for organizing the formulation and modification of the company's safety production management system, regulations and standards, which shall be issued and implemented after being discussed and approved by the safety Committee and approved by the general manager Responsible for organizing the publicity and education of production safety, daily safety education for employees, and coordinating with relevant departments to do a good job in safety technology education, training, certificate issuance and replacement for special operation personnel; To organize and implement various safety activities; Urge all departments to do a good job of safety education within the department, assist all departments to formulate safety activity plans Responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's safety, environmental protection and sanitation equipment, and cooperate with relevant departments to do a good job in its maintenance, repair, testing and other management Responsible for the "three simultaneous" work of new construction, expansion and reconstruction, and the EHS audit of overhaul and technical transformation projects to make them meet the EHS technical requirements Organize the safety committee to hold regular and temporary meetings, and organize the company's EHS inspection and rectification Conduct on-site supervision and inspection from time to time, supervise and assist in solving hidden dangers and correcting illegal operations. In case of emergency that endangers production safety, the company shall have the right to order the company to immediately stop operation, communicate and make rectification; In accordance with the rules and regulations of the Company, the violators and those responsible shall be punished. Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills Bachelor degree or above, major in safety environment, engineering or related More than 10 years working experience in related industry Qualified as a safety engineer, familiar with national safety laws and regulations and local environmental protection policies, strong sense of responsibility and serious attitude understand ISO14001, ISO45001 and other related knowledge Good communication skills and English speaking skills.
