Voith Turbo is looking for Design Engineer. Design Engineer Design Engineer Core Responsibilties: Design and develop retarder or other commercial products to meet customer requirements, perform all design activities based on change request, generate design solutions, coordinate testing sources to finish DVP (Design Validation Plan), make alignments both internally and externally. Responsible for retarder parts localization, technical support on cost-down projects. Technical interface to global engineering, support on global R&D projects. Support on quality issues of supplier parts and assembly line Support on failure analysis of field claimed retarder Implement company & department’s quality policy and goals Benchmarking of competitor products Requirements: Bachelor (or above) in Mechanical Engineering / Vehicle Engineering 5+ years working experience in mechanical design, prefer in automotive engineering. Prefer working experience in passenger car/ commercial vehicle is a plus Familiar with Die casting / casting part design and technology Familiar with UG NX or similar 2D/3D Tool, Teamcenter is a plus English as working language Self-driven, sense of responsibility, team player
