THE ROLE CS coordinator is the contact between the customer /sales manager/and all internal functions . Major responsible is receive and handle customer orders, timely reply to customers. Closely track the order delivery progress and notify customers in time if there are changes. Issue invoices in time. Ensure smooth completion of monthly settlement. Actively coordinate and handle customer complaints. Organize department related data and information. Assist department manager to do other work when necessary. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Receive and process orders. Timely and accurately input the completed orders into the ERP system 。 After releasing the order, CS must print out the internal order, and carefully check all the details of the order such as customer code, part number, description, quantity, unit price, special requirements of the order, shipping date, etc., Closely track whether the production plan can be delivered on time and track important goods until they leave the factory. Issue invoices on time. For Export goods, shall be prepared for customs declaration immediately after the invoice is issued 。 Actively handle customer complaints. Organize relevant data and information. 9.Assist department manager or senior coordinator to prepare other reports and work when necessary. Note: The above covers the job descriptions of all customer service coordinators, and the specific clients and work in charge of each person are subject to the assignment of the department manager. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma required, junior college degree or above Major is not limited, business English or foreign trade related major is preferred. 1+ years' experience in a customer service environment. Previous Sales or customer service experience preferred. English reading and writing; CET-4 or above is preferred. Computer skills, proficient in office software, especially Excel. Use email proficiently. Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP system. Excellent customer service awareness and good communication and coordination skills. Able to work under pressure, have a strong sense of responsibility and hard work ethic. Positive work attitude, good teamwork spirit. This is a safety-sensitive role.
