For VPC, we're looking for you as a Controller. Controller Controller Responsibilities: Annual planning, forecasting and budget preparation. Project controlling for large capital equipment projects: monitoring project execution result and making deviation analysis, support cross-function identification of actions to address variances. Close monitoring of critical metrics such as output, delivery reliability, utilization and productivity and identification of improvement areas Ensure smoothly month end closing and deliver management reporting on time. Support internal audit and external audit. Other regular and ad-hoc business analysis for management and decision support Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting At least 5 years professional experience in accounting and FP&A in big manufacturing company Strategic thinking, creative and a quick learner Ability to cooperate effectively across departments and regions (due to high degree of interaction with all functions and with German HQ) Fluent English and good communication skills Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, SAP knowledge is preferred.
