About Position Provide administrative support to sales director Responsible for national sales activities, including sales management team meetings, Dept. meeting organization and team-building activities Responsible for sales budget planning and monthly management Coordinate with other departments for inputs requirements from OBU Dept. (e.g., companywide activity, information collection etc) Liaison officer for visitors and communication from/and to OBU sales About requirements More than 5-year experience in multinational company is preferred Bachelor or above Excellent English, both oral and written Good command of computer skill Good communication skill Teamwork spirit and service minded Be proactive, open minded and agile Strong willingness to learn We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
