Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: To support OTB planning cross pre-season and in-season and support account sales and product sales with better landing To support product planning among all brands and FRS customers and support product sales to have a overview on seasonal key driver Key Responsibilities: OTB planning To break down seasonal OTB to different bucket (including pre-season and in-season) by account level, and internal align with account leaders To align OTB number with BPO/OMB planning/finance team as “one number” deliver To track OTB fulfillment status during GTM process, and show the gap/risk internally Product planning Based on customers’ feedback and product sales’ input, to nail down executable by category NS target and OTB target To break down speed creation in-season by account by month target, and align the logic within account sales To track speed creation fulfilment by month and validate the customers’ target achievement with BPO Hype allocation among customers Performance tracking To design different reports’ content based on different purpose To support sales incentive /promotion for high sell-in seasonality products To combine and communicate promotion scheme with account sales and IST GTM process leading and arrangement To support and align GTM process for FRS part (including COVA, SMM, TM and workshop) To arrange sell-in meeting cross accounts Key Relationships: BPO Finance OMB planning team Account sales Sales Operations Mops Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong logic thinking Strong planning & analytical skills Strong coordination and communication skills Strong project management skills Business sense and ability to identify the business needs and opportunities Fluent in English Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree in Business, or equivalent professional experience, ideally with Sales /buying experience. 5 years+ of planning experience; ideally with both merchandising planning and business planning experience
