Description Lead Tmall store growth strategy development and implement all key initiatives to GMV & Sellout Target, responsible for channel P&L and continuously optimize trade spending. 1. Develop Tmall strategy based on the consumer insight and platform insight. 2. Responsible for Tmall monthly GMV/Sellout target setting and achievement. 3. Initiate regular meeting with TP for overall collaboration and optimize operation 4. Integrating the in-site paid media to improve the efficiency 5. Lead in-store & KOL live streaming management. 6. Improve Tmall CRM, enhance new user recruitment and membership management 7. Optimize TP & AP investment to improve channel P&L 8. Complete other related work assigned by line manager 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2. 3 years' experience of Tmall management in cosmetics. 3. Strong business mindset and daily running business skillset . 4. Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills. 5. High sense of responsibility 6. Excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
