Position Description: * Ensure production process strictly implemented during production, with basic yield and output reached. * Ensure production orders completed on time and in compliance with GMP/ HSE requirement. Functions, Duties, Tasks: * Timely review and revise GMP relevant documents (main production procedure, BPR, PCCR) , check production records for product release purpose. Responsible for related validation documents if required. * Ensure the production process strictly implemented during production for purpose of a stable, on time and safe production. * Involve in continuous process optimization, improvement and lean production. * Plan for the production campaign changeover to ensure the production campaign change is in a stable state. Maintain production data and complete production campaign report on time. * Be responsible for change control and deviation investigation according to GMP requirement. * Take part in department’s new project introduction. * Train the production operators in production process, GMP, HSE and production technologies to ensure the operators to operate safely and in compliance with GMP/HSE requirement. * Handle SAP affairs and maintain related documents in production department. Minimum Qualification: * Bachelor degree or above. * At least 2 years front line experience in production and equipment management experience in Pharmaceutical/Chemistry industry. * English minimum CET4. Good ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing. * Good knowledge in GMP and HSE. * Demonstrates the ability to coach and influence shift leaders and operators.
