YOUR TASKS Working Location : Ngau Tau Kok Reporting to VP Compensation & Benefits, APEC, you will: * Develop and execute market competitive C&B policies and programs for APEC * Provide support to AP Countries in constructing pay bands, managing the annual performance appraisal, salary review and bonus process * Implement and communicate with countries on regional/global C&B policies, guidelines and initiatives * Coach & Support Country’s C&B team to drive C&B programs & initiatives through regular evaluating & analyzing to ensure that the company total remuneration package (fixed & variable pay, benefits components, etc) is competitive in the market and align with Global guidelines * Manage payroll , taxation & benefits for Senior Executives in Regional Office in Hong Kong to ensure compliance with Employment Ordinance and internal guidelines; monitor and resolve any anomalies * Conduct market intelligence competitiveness surveys and periodic reviews of Benefits policies * Provide advice on effective employee data administration in HRIS * Prepare personnel costs and review of other HR costs as required
