Work Location: Chek Lap Kok Reporting to Operations Manager, Facilities Management, the jobholder will manage the inspection, repair and maintenance of facilities in our company properties including both office and operation areas. YOUR TASKS * Support in driving facilities management strategies, projects and cost management * Manage building and technical facilities including but not limited to MEP, FS, HVAC systems and related building works (both internal and external) * Ensure service delivery according to set targets and plans * Lead regular inspections of facilities and plan for preventive maintenance schedules * Develop and maintain facilities services records, database and documentation, and monitor service agreements * Work with internal departments and external suppliers and vendors on R&M activities and projects * Provide professional business and technical advices on projects and tasks * Initiate ideas and actions for efficiency improvement and cost management * Ensure all work and procedures are in compliance with legal regulations and environmental, health and safety requirements, as well as internal policies and ESG initiatives
