Job Title: Uoffer-Bilingual Senior Global Career Consultant Position Type: Permanent- Full-Time Location: Onsite or Remote Salary Range: 15000-20000 CNY / Month Job ID#: 20550 Job Description: The role includes assessing clients’ talents and interests, mapping those assessments into comprehensive career counseling packages, and conducting personalized career counseling services plan and package for clients.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. Job Duties: * Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities* Contact potential clients through cold calls and WeChat* Present our company to potential clients* Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services* Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction* Build long-term trusting relationships with clients* Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market* Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans* Develop, implement, and manage the company's sales educational sessions to improve overall sales team skills and drive better sales processes and outcomes* Conducting sales team skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session.* Continuously reach monthly and quarterly sales targets and other predefined KPIs* Create and execute the sales strategy to obtain leads, increase sales conversion rate, and establish and grow our business.
