PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES may include but no limited to: Define major accountabilities and/or activities. List most complex or difficult parts of job first and indicate percentage of time required to perform each task. % OF TIME Implement Medical Education events and programs in high- quality and high-compliance way. • Work with other Medical Functions to develop high-quality education content s for education events. • Work together with internal stakeholders t o drive the implementation of the Medical Education events . 30% Budget Control Responsible for budget tracking and management to the relevant Medical Education events. Monitor timeline and manage project to conclusion and implementation. 10% Develop KOLs Establish and manage an external network of agencies, associations, investigators, KOLs and physicians in order to further develop and implement the Medical Education strategy within the therapy area or DAS . 20% Update knowledge Continuously update the knowledge of disease management , treatment updates , latest developments of industry and best practices of relevant therapy areas. 20% Compliance Ensure all programs are following regulatory with HCC, legal guidelines, and company policies. 20% Total 100% E DUCATION: Describe the minimum knowledge or educational requirements for the position.
