As an Associate Creative Director at DLG (Digital Luxury Group), your mission is to develop and maintain a creative vision that responds to the client’s brief. 作为创意副总监，你的任务是产出视觉创意以满足DLG 客户对视觉内容的期待。 In this role, you will: Persuasively pitch concept to the internal teams including the Group Creative Director and the Account Service Team, and articulate the rationale behind the creative thinking 能够向创意群总监和客户服务团队等内部团队沟通创意概念，并阐明创意思维背后的基本逻辑 Produce, review, and refine the work with designers to ensure consistency and quality of final output (including but not limited to design layout, motion graphics, video content, shooting art direction, etc.) 与设计师一起制作、审查和完善作品，以确保最终输出的一致性和质量，包括但不限于排版、动图、视频内容、摄影艺术指导等 RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责 Work in partnership with all relevant teams (Account Service/ Strategy/ Copy) to ensure creative messages are delivered in a consistent way and in line with strategy output from Account Service and Planning teams 与所有相关团队（客户服务/策略/文案）合作，确保创意讯息的一致性，并与客户服务和策划团队的策略输出保持一致 Provide feedback to team members on daily retainer execution, control overall deliverables, and have a good understanding of motion effects 为团队成员提供日常项目的执行反馈，控制整体交付成果，对动态效果有良好的理解 Lead a team of five people, guide designers on daily execution, and ensure that the Copy and Design teams produce a consistent message 管理5个人的团队，指导设计师日常工作，确保文案和创意团队传达一致的信息 Ability to independently take briefs, create decks, execute, and present in front of client for small projects such as H5 or Mini Program 就H5或小程序等小型项目，能够做到独立理解需求、创建方案、执行项目并向客户提案 Ability to execute integrated campaign projects under the guidance of the Group Creative Director 能够在创意群总监的指导下整合活动项目 QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求 Bachelor degree or above, with a major in design, multimedia, art or other related fields 本科及以上学历，设计，多媒体，美术或其他相关专业 7 years working experience in a digital marketing agency or a 4A advertising firm 7 年数字营销代理商或者4A 广告公司工作经验 Good aesthetic eye, originality of designs, visual expressiveness 审美好，作品富有原创性及视觉表现力 Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, and automobile brand service is preferred 有过奢侈品， 时尚，美妆，汽车品牌服务经验者优先 Proficiency in Photoshop and AI; expertise in motion graphics production ; understanding of animation and video production; video editing, photography, illustration ability is a plus 熟练掌握Photoshop和AI；擅长动态图制作；了解动画及视频制作；视频剪辑、摄影、插画能力是加分项 Ability to follow a campaign independently, starting with taking briefs, creating a proposal, executing it, and presenting it in front of client 能够独立跟进活动，从沟通需求，创建方案，执行项目直至向客户提案 Prior team management skills and good interpersonal skills 有团队管理经验，良好的沟通能力 Powered by JazzHR
