As a Senior Creative Designer at DLG (Digital Luxury Group), your role is to support the Creative Director/ Associate Creative Director on daily visual tasks, complete daily visual output, and effectively communicate with the Account Service team on a daily basis in order to provide high-quality visuals. 作为 DLG （ Digital Luxury Group ）的资深数字创意设计，你的任务是协助创意总监和创意副总监，完成客户的日常内容产出，在日常工作中有效地与客户服务团队沟通，提供高质量的视觉效果。 RESPONSIBILITIES 工作 职责 Develop a deep understanding of the client for whom you are responsible, as well as the ability to accurately articulate brand concepts and create visuals that consistently meet the brand guidelines 理解并准确传达品牌设计理念，创建与品牌一致的视觉效果 Independently deliver the design tasks within the social retainer scope 独立完成年框服务中日常的视觉内容 Stay up to date on industry trends and new media best practises, and incorporate them into your daily design practise 了解最新行业趋势和新媒体最佳实践，巧妙运用在日常创意设计实践中 Handle comments from clients and internal teams calmly and patiently, with the ability to contribute suggestions of your own 冷静耐心地处理客户及内部团队关于修改的要求，并给出自己的建议 Under the direction of the Creative Director/ Associate Creative Director, capable of developing campaign ideas and assisting in deck creation 在创意总监或创意副总监的指导下，思考活动创意，并支持方案制作 QUALIFICATIONS 任 职 要求 Bachelor degree or above, with a major in design, multimedia, art or other related fields 本科及以上学历，设计，多媒体，美术或其他相关专业 2 to 3 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency or a 4A advertising firm 有2至3年数字营销代理商或者4A广告公司设计经验 Proficiency in Photoshop and AI; expertise in motion graphics production 熟练掌握Photoshop和AI；擅长动态图制作 Understanding of animation and video production; video editing, photography, or illustration skills, are preferred 了解动画及视频制作；视频剪辑、摄影、插画能力是加分项 A keen eye for detail, with the ability to review and revise the design before delivery 注重细节，在交付前能够对设计进行审核和修改 Experience in working with brands across categories, as well as the ability to switch between different design styles for a variety of categories 有服务不同品类品牌的经验，能够在不同品类之间切换设计风格 Powered by JazzHR
